- First impression in five seconds — what a new visitor understands about what you do, where you are, and how to reach you, almost immediately.
- Content freshness — whether the site and socials look active or like nothing's changed in a year.

What you get back
A short written summary, sent to your email, covering what we checked and what we found. It leads with the three highest-impact fixes — the changes that would make the most difference to enquiries, in plain words, in order of importance. What it is not: not a forty-page automated report full of scores you can't act on. Not a hidden sales pitch — if you want us to do the fixes for you, you're welcome to ask, but the report doesn't require anything from you.

- We run the checks. Someone on our team actually goes through the list above, by hand, on a phone and a computer.
- You get the report. Emailed to you, with the three highest-impact fixes. If you'd like, we can also walk you through it on a short 15-minute call — your choice.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No payment, no card details, no obligation. It's a genuine check we offer because it's often the first step in a good working relationship — plenty of businesses just take the report and do the fixes themselves, and that's fine with us.
Will you try to sell me something?
No sales ambush. The report stands on its own. If you'd like us to implement the fixes — or you're interested in our social media package (2 reels, 8 posts and 6 stories a month, $350 AUD, no lock-in) — you can ask, but we'll never pressure you.
Do you need my passwords?
Never. We only review what's publicly visible: your website, your socials, your Google listing. We never need logins, and you shouldn't share them with anyone offering a free check.
How long does it take to get the report?
We work through the queue as checks come in and email your report as soon as it's done. If you need it by a particular date, mention it in the form and we'll tell you straight away if we can't meet it.
What if my site is already fine?
Then we'll tell you that. It happens — some sites just need one or two small tweaks. Either way you get an honest answer, not a list of made-up problems.
